Amalii Return and Exchange Policy

1. Dissatisfaction with the Product: Within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt.

2. Defective Product: Within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt.

The first step for any return or exchange is to contact our Customer Service team by emailing us at [email protected].

For a return or exchange, the product must be in unused condition, and it should be sent directly to our P.O. Box. Once we receive the item and verify it meets our return conditions, we will proceed with a refund or exchange within 5 (five) business days.

Our team will guide you through the entire product return process.

For Product Returns Due to Dissatisfaction: Once we receive your package, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets the item return conditions. After confirmation, our Customer Service team will contact you, and you can choose between:

1.Exchanging it for any other product available in our stock.

2.Receiving a refund for the product cost (we do not refund shipping fees if the delivered item is correct and in perfect condition).

Warranty: All items in our store come with a 30-day warranty from the date of receipt.

To activate the warranty, customers must send us a video up to 1 minute long showing the problem. The video must also include the product packaging (showing the shipping label) and must clearly display the packaging in the video.

Alternatively, customers may provide photos that clearly show the defect, with the product packaging visible in the photo.

Note: Amalii does not provide any technical assistance and does not have authorized repair centers. For further questions, please contact our team, and we will provide the necessary support.

IMPORTANT:

Our warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that occurs after the purchase, such as cracked or broken screens, among other similar issues.

The warranty also does not cover:

•Damage from fluids, such as water damage (even if the product is water-resistant, each product has specific limitations);

•Damage caused by repair or modification attempts by the customer or third parties;

•Improper accessory use;

•Normal wear and tear, such as screen scratches, oxidation due to excessive user acidity;

•Acceptable reduction in battery life;

•Resistance tests (e.g., testing the watch’s glass resistance or water resistance).

Frequently Asked Questions:

I requested an exchange. How soon will I receive my product? Once the return is confirmed at our Distribution Center, we will inspect its condition. If everything meets the return requirements, the new product will be shipped within 5 (five) business days.

In cases of returns or exchanges due to dissatisfaction, sizing issues, or product discrepancies, we will perform a quality inspection. If there are signs of use, the item will be returned to the sender without prior notice.

I requested a return. How long will it take to be refunded? For bank slip payments, you may receive a store credit for future purchases. If store credit is not desired, we will process a refund through a virtual account with PagSeguro or Mercado Pago (a free account can be created to receive the refund).

For credit card payments, you may receive a store credit for future purchases, or a refund will be issued back to your credit card.

Please note that credit card companies may take 30 to 60 days to reflect the refund on your statement.
