Amalii Shipping Policy

All products available on amalii.com are shipped directly from our international suppliers (Switzerland, United States, Russia, and China) to the address provided at checkout. Our processing and packaging time takes between 1 to 5 business days, after which delivery takes an estimated 7 to 15 business days (average after the product is shipped), depending on the location. Products are shipped within 10 business days after payment confirmation in our system.

Orders placed using bank transfers may take 1 to 3 days to confirm in our system.

We guarantee a tracking number so customers can monitor the progress of their order’s delivery.

Note: In certain cases, the delivery timeframe may be extended by a few business days due to delays, strikes, holidays, high demand periods with couriers, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We guarantee delivery of your order. We are responsible for fully refunding the value of any products lost or misdirected during the delivery process. All products are shipped with insurance against loss and free online tracking, so your product’s delivery is 100% guaranteed.

1.2. Insured Shipping

If the product is delayed and not delivered within 50 business days of shipment, we will refund 100% of the purchase price.

1.3. Order Tracking

Products are shipped through USPS or another carrier, and a tracking code will be provided to allow the customer to monitor delivery progress. Amalii is committed to assisting customers with tracking their orders. The tracking code will be sent to your email as soon as it is available to Amalii.

The tracking code is provided 3 to 9 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note that tracking information may take 5 to 10 days to appear on the carrier’s website.

2. General Conditions (Important)

2.1. Address Accuracy

Amalii will ship products to the address provided by the customer. To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check the address you enter at checkout.

2.2. Recipient Unavailable

Please ensure someone is available to receive your products at the delivery address. The carrier will make up to three delivery attempts. If no one is available to receive the order after these attempts, the package will be sent to the nearest post office. In this case, the recipient must collect the package within 7 calendar days. If the package is not collected, it will be returned to the sender, and a new shipping fee will be required to resend the product.

All details regarding delivery attempts, as well as the post office location for pick-up in case of recipient unavailability, are recorded in the order tracking information, accessible through the carrier’s website using the tracking code provided by Amalii.

2.3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Amalii is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the package will be returned to the sender by the carrier, and no further delivery attempts will be made at that address.

If the delivery cannot be completed due to an address discrepancy, the customer is not entitled to a refund and must pay a new shipping fee of $15 (shipping cost + carrier fee) for reshipping the product.
